Throughout her career, she has also contributed to the strategic direction and governance of multiple organizations.

At Ally, he manages a team of professionals that always get the job done on a timely basis, with adaptability and ample criteria. He focuses on understanding needs, identifying opportunities, and bringing the best possible solution to every situation.
Nicholas D'Amico
Project Manager
Nicholas D’Amico is a seasoned ICT professional and certified RCDD, offering dual expertise in advanced technical design and project management. Nik specializes in translating complex client requirements into actionable plans for network infrastructure and cabling. With expertise in IT and network cabling standards, he has successfully designed and managed infrastructure installations and upgrades for education, healthcare, commercial, residential and various other clients ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Nik leverages his extensive knowledge and experience coupled with a strategic approach to design, plan and build teams that build networks that make sense.
Fergus H. Seecharan
Chief Technical Officer
With almost three decades of hands-on experience and expertise in telecommunications, he has mentored and developed multicultural and multidisciplinary teams both in Engineering and Operations for Amzak Capital Management and ATN International, as well as for their MSO subsidiaries in Central America, South America and the Caribbean; likewise, he has a vast knowledge on engineering, construction, operating and maintaining services in both wireline and wireless networks.

Robert brings over 16 years of experience in telecommunications, leading with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality execution. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed multiple crews while consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction and project timelines. With a degree in Social Psychology, Robert excels at communication and relationship management in the field, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed effectively. He leads by example and is committed to developing high-performing teams that take pride in professionalism and the quality of their work.
Remington Rafael
Project Manager
Remington Rafael brings over 20 years of experience in network architecture and large-scale telecommunications infrastructure deployments. He has led projects across North America, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, managing the full project lifecycle from city-wide fiber expansions to national transport network initiatives. His background includes senior leadership roles overseeing CAPEX and project management for Amzak’s subsidiary in the Dominican Republic. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, Remington effectively bridges technical engineering requirements with business objectives. With a master’s degree in Project Management, he leads cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, future-ready infrastructure solutions.
