With more than 20 years of experience in various finance-related positions, Jessica has worked as CFO of a telecommunications company in El Salvador and has overlooked the financial performance of a Telecom and a Tower company in the Dominican Republic.
She also served as Due Diligence Manager for Amzak Capital Management and acted as CFO and strategic planner for a private school in El Salvador. She has vast experience in management and consulting services. During the years, she has also been a Board member of several companies.
Fergus H. Seecharan
Chief Technical Officer
With almost three decades of hands-on experience and expertise in telecommunications, he has mentored and developed multicultural and multidisciplinary teams both in Engineering and Operations for Amzak Capital Management and ATN International, as well as for their MSO subsidiaries in Central America, South America and the Caribbean; likewise, he has a vast knowledge on engineering, construction, operating and maintaining services in both wireline and wireless networks.

Field Manager
With experience, skills, and a main objective of guaranteeing teamwork and optimizing customer relationships, Jorge has worked as Team Leader for several companies in LATAM and the US. At Ally, he manages a team of professionals that always get the job done on a timely basis, with adaptability and ample criteria. He focuses on understanding needs, identifying opportunities, and bringing the best possible solution to every situation.
